Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and competent HR Officer to manage and oversee all human resource functions within our organization.
- The ideal candidate must be proactive, disciplined, highly organized, and capable of handling HR operations independently.
- The office is located in Lekki; therefore, only candidates residing within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or other Island areas will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding of new employees
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and staff evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations
- Support payroll processing and staff benefits administration
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years proven HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Experience working in a structured organization.
